I'm from out of province and the Storage Room staff were very helpful in setting me up with a spot for my enclosed trailer. We'll be back and forth to the Victoria area with a daughter starting University in September. It's a big help to have a set place for the trailer when trying to book AirBnbs/Hotels in the area.

Great storage facilities- clean, organized, and safe. Had a wonderful interaction with the employee Dan, who was extremely helpful. I stored my piano for several months and no issues with temp/humidity.

I had a 20x10ft locker in The Storage Room for a little over a year. The place was clean, climate-controlled and super secure. Only left because we didn't need a storage locker any more after moving to a bigger place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
