We had a great experience with The Storage Room. The entire facility is organized very strategically well. They welcomed us when we first arrived and we were wanting to see samples of their units. Dan was great and helped us look at several units so we could compare sizes and locations in the facility. The setup for entering the main gate, and then the entry doors was great with a good method for easy to remember personal entry codes. The staff was always nearby if you had any questions. The dolly/carts available onsite at the entry area made it very easy to move our stuff from our vehicle to the unit we had on the 2nd floor. The 2 elevators are large and worked great, fast, smooth, and quiet to get us from the main floor to the 2nd floor. Even when multiple people were there unloading or loading, we did not need to wait longer than a couple minutes for an elevator to be free for us to use. They also have a nice large and clean washroom available there to use when needed. They also have brooms and dustpans available to borrow for cleaning up any mess. We rented our unit for about 9 months. The facility is open until 10pm at night, so we took advantage of that often as assistance for moving stuff was often only available in the evening. The lighting and security evident all around the building and grounds was top notch. The entire process from start to finish was a great experience. We would like to highlight a great employee named Laurie for her exemplary attention to our wants and needs. Laurie was always there to answer any questions and/or concerns we had. We will definitely rent from The Storage Room again if we ever are in need of a storage solution.

Great service and wonderful staff, security is amazing

Was very happy with not only the storage space itself, but the hours of access to my unit and the help I received from the staff. It was incredibly accommodating. I’ve used a number of storage facilities across the island over the years, and I’ve had my best experience with at this location.
